For our company Renantis Solutions srl, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for a Pre-sales Engineer to enter our Pre-Sales Team.
In this role you will perform preliminary evaluation for the realization and operation of ground mounted and roof mounted PV plants on industrial sites. You will be responsible of the technical-economic proposals of PV installations, especially with financing and PPA formula, and work closely with the Sales Area in the negotiation with the Customers.
You will report to the Senior Proposal Manager and collaborate with internal stakeholder (Finance, Tax, Legal, Risk, Regulatory cross divisions) for the Investment approval request.
Key responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of innovative technical and managerial solutions for PV funding formula to meet the C&I customer needs
- Handle the whole process of opportunity evaluation and bid offer: conduct on-site inspection, review the technical documentation and energy needs of the Customer, perform a feasibility analysis with preliminary PV plant sizing, energy yields calculations and cost estimation, draft the technical documentation for tender submission, prepare and present the final technical-economic proposal to the Customer
- Arrange business plan in collaboration with Finance, Tax and Risk functions
- Collaboration with the legal department in drafting service contracts
- Coordinate and develop the network of suppliers (engineering firms, EPC contractors and technical advisors) and update the database of offers and suppliers
Key requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the C&I sector in performing feasibility studies of energy efficiency solutions
- Experience in PV system design, commercial and industrial or utility scale
- Experience in using AutoCAD and PVSyst software package is considered a plus
- Good commercial acumen and confident communicator to a range of audiences of Customers, suppliers and internal staff functions
- Availability to move in the Italian country to conduct on-site inspections of roofs, industrial plants and lands
Studies:
Master Degree in Energy/Electrical Engineering or similar degree courses
