For our company Renantis Solutions, that is aimed at the provision of services aligned with customer requirements whilst also guaranteeing protection of the environment, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to enter our Operations Team.
In this role you will be responsible for complete engineering and design of solar power plants, will lead the solar engineering support to the development and construction of our rooftop, ground mounted solar PV and hybrid solar projects in Italy. The main focus will be our projects in Italy working closely with Pre-Sales, Operations and M&A departments and with the external engineering companies. The main responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities:
- Create PV Plant Layouts for rooftop solar projects using AutoCAD or others required software
- Create conceptual electrical single line drawing.
- Carry out energy yields and solar resource assessments.
- Interface with Project Manager and Head of Operations necessary to review constructability of design with the goal of meeting quality, cost and schedule commitments.
- Manage third party consultants assigned to preform executive design.
Key requirements:
- Experience in solar PV system design, commercial and industrial or utility scale.
- Degree level qualification in electrical, electro-mechanical or other relevant technical discipline.
- Experience designing rooftop and ground mounted solar PV plants.
- Advanced user of AutoCAD, PVSyst and at least one utility-scale, specialist PV design software package.
- Experience and knowledge of relevant Italian design codes, regulations and policy.
Studies:
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering / Electrical Engineering
